Brand Structuring

Whatever the investment produces needs a name, a story and a sales channel. We build that side too, from corporate identity through to packaging.

Who it is for

Businesses taking a product to market for the first time, or rebranding.

What you end up with

  • Positioning and naming
  • Corporate identity and packaging design management
  • Trademark registration follow up
  • Sales channel and launch plan

When a company builds a new plant or enters a new market, the technical preparation is usually sound. What is missing is how the business reads from outside. When two firms make the same product at the same quality and one sells higher, the difference is normally on the brand side.

Scope of the work

Positioning

Who are you selling to, what are they using today, and in which sentence are you different. The answers to those three questions govern every later decision. The positioning note runs to a single page, backed by market data and customer interviews.

Name and message

For a new product line or a new company we run a naming study. Candidates are checked for pronunciation, domain availability and similarity within the relevant trademark classes. In parallel we write the core message, the supporting messages and the short version the sales team will actually use.

Visual identity

Logo, colour system, typography, photography approach and templates. You receive an identity guide so agencies and internal teams work from the same rules.

Registration

Before filing we run a similarity search and decide which classes to protect. Class selection is set up to still serve you when the product range widens. The filing is coordinated with a registered attorney.

Communication system

Website copy structure, company profile document, trade fair materials and the language used on social accounts. The aim is that every channel sounds like the same company.

For companies going to export

How a brand reads in the target market is a technical question. The meaning of the name in that language, conflicts with existing registrations and the compliance of on pack claims are each checked separately. Export oriented support programmes in Türkiye can cover part of promotion and registration costs, and we verify that before any application is filed.

How we start

The first meeting looks at your current brand, the story your sales team tells and where competitors sit. In most cases that conversation already reveals which decision comes first. We scope the work after that.

Common questions on this topic

Is brand structuring just logo design?

No. The logo is the visible part. First we settle who you are speaking to, the sentence that separates you from competitors and where you sit on price. Visual identity follows from those decisions.

Do you handle trademark registration?

We run the pre filing similarity search, decide the classes with you and coordinate the process with a registered trademark attorney. Filings go through the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

We are entering export markets. Will the name travel?

We check meaning, pronunciation and existing registrations in the target market. Some names work perfectly in Turkish and are either unregistrable or unfortunate abroad.

Do we have to replace our current brand?

Usually not. Keeping a brand that already has recognition costs less than rebuilding one. We make the refresh versus rebuild call together after the first analysis.

Can brand work be covered by support programmes?

Some programmes cover promotion, design and trademark registration costs, particularly those aimed at export markets. We check your eligibility before the application is filed.

What is in the final delivery?

Positioning note, message framework, name and tagline options, logo and colour system, typography, usage guide, templates and digital assets.

Do you have a file under this heading?

Describe the situation briefly and we will map out the programmes you qualify for and a likely timetable.
